Cancelling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to HealthyThickerCurls.com after contacting email@example.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
I didn’t receive my package although the tracking shows the package was delivered. What if my package has been lost or stolen?
Once an order has been shipped, Healthy Thicker Curls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.
Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.
Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
If the carrier is unable to assist with finding the package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the case number provided from the carrier so we can assist you further.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has been shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has been shipped.
How To Return Your Item
Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the return has been authorized by our customer service staff. You can contact us if you have any questions
at email@example.com in regards to returning an item.
Any orders returned to our facilities without receiving authorization first will not receive a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for the returned shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancelling a Subscription for Future Orders
To avoid subscription renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 3 days before your renewal date. You can cancel manually from our online customer portal (click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner of the website to log in and click ‘Subscriptions’) or contact us at email@example.com to cancel the subscription for you.
Important: Cancelling your subscription will stop all future charges to your account, but will not refund any charges that have already been processed.
